1. Please read & consider:
A. The registration page is only for Open Heart workshop (OH) and Spiritual Retreat participants. Hence, if you plan to bring along anyone who won't be attending the retreat but will need accommodation, meals and/or transport you MUST notify us as we will need to plan for these additional guests. You can do so by emailing us with relevant details at: accommodation@thelotuscentre.com.au subject line "Special Request".
B. The Registration form covers costs for OH Workshops (in Hobart), Spiritual Retreat, MRT, MRT++, as well as Transport, Meals and Accommodation at the retreat location (in Orford).
Note: Please allow for additional cost for accommodation during OH workshops or before & after the retreat (accommodation with alumni from around Hobart is also possible) .Important: Please open, read, print and use the Registration Checklist (in pdf; or open in word) to ensure that all steps are being followed and you received all other useful information.
2. Payment
Full payment in Australian dollars is required at the beginning of the workshops and / or retreat. There are money changers at all international airports (often open extended hours), so please exchange your foreign currency for Australian dollars before arriving at the venue. For account simplicity please do not bring any cheques.
Please make your payment by 14th May between 5 & 8pm at the Lotus Centre. Payments can also be made on the morning of the heart workshops from 7:30 to 8:30am.
No deposit is necessary for interstate or international alumni – sending us your flight details will be confirmation of your enrolment on the Transport & Registration pages. Full payment in Australian dollars is required at the beginning of the retreat.
Tasmanian alumni are required to pay a deposit of A$50 to Padmacahaya at the Lotus Centre by 6 April.
3. Roommates:
Please also go to the Accommodation section … to let us know if you want to be with a particular roommate.
4. Arrangements for Children / Child Care
All child care will be the responsibility of the parent(s). We are happy to assist with the arrangements. Please contact Amanda on amanda@thelotuscentre.com.au or via +61 430 282073.
5. Practices in and around Hobart
If you arrive before the spiritual retreat or plan to stay after the entire program ... you can use/print the following two practice schedules to join our regular activities in Hobart Reiki Tummo & Everyone (open in word) and After Spiritual Retreat (in word).
