about Klaus
Klaus Baur has practiced as a therapist & taught body, mind, heart workshops since 1988. He has:
- A Diploma in Shiatsu & Oriental Therapies
- Several Reiki qualifications (several traditions) up to level 3
- Completed all Heart Workshops (levels 1 to 6) offered by the Padmacahaya Foundation
- Completed additional heart & heart-learning related workshops & week-long retreats
His Shiatsu training started with the Ohashiatsu Institute in Munich and Zurich and continued with the European Shiatsu Institute (ESI) until 1992. He started to work as a practitioner in 1990 in Berlin.
Klaus has a Diploma in Shiatsu and Oriental Therapies which is recognised by the Shiatsu Therapist Association, Australia (STAA). He teaches Shiatsu units at a health college in Hobart.
Klaus is a Heart Workshop Facilitator with the Padmacahaya Institute and was one of the first Australians to complete the whole heart learning curriculum offered by the institute. He was instrumental in establishing heart learning centres in several cities in Australia and overseas.
He also has several meditation & yoga teachers’ qualifications.
